The Last Light (Immortalfox) Chapter 8

I was waiting for the bus to arrive at my house. It shouldn't be to long from now. I thought just as the bus was coming up over the hill that lead to my house. It stopped in front of me and I walked to the back of the bus, like always. I sat next to Eddie and I could feel him move close to me. I turned my head and saw him moving to my ear. He whispered in my ear.

"Do you want to tell the guys?" He moved back and I nodded and shrugged at the same time.

He nodded and back and leaned over got on his knees on the chair, making him seem taller. I did the same with him. He spoke only loud enough for our small group to hear.

"Guys, Aleks and I have something to announce." I nodded. I could see James and Seamus smile at me. They could already tell what it was. "Aleks came over to my house this Saturday and we ended up telling each other that we were gay. Yes, I am still gay. I was the first to confess my attraction to him but he reassured me and now we are dating." He turned towards me.

I turned as well. We both smiled. He grabbed my hands and gave me a quick peck. I could tell I blushed, mainly because the others were all watching. They let out a chuckle.

"Well, I am happy for you guys." Ze spoke up now. He sure was a quite guy.

I smiled. "Thanks Ze."

"I hope you have a happy life together." Kootra spoke

I smiled again and Eddie spoke. "Thanks, all of you."

They all nodded and smiled before me and Eddie sat back down, fingers intertwinded with one another. We sat like that the rest of the ride to school. We kept throughing glances at one another, smiling like crazy. These are some of the moments that I want to savor forever. I just hope that the rest of the school doesn't find out and get up our asses about it. I doubt they will, since there are already two gay couples, that I know of, in this school. One more won't hurt.
